Terms and Conditions

After your booking, you will receive a reservation confirmation stating the payment conditions.

Normal cancellation conditions:

If the region of the holiday apartment or our Corona holiday apartment is closed by the authorities, the guest will be refunded the entire deposit. Conversely, the guest cannot demand any further financial claims. Furthermore, in this special case, the landlord is not obliged to provide a replacement apartment. If the guest is officially prohibited from traveling in the guest's home region to other regions during the booked travel period, the guest's deposit will be refunded and there will be no further cancellation fees. Corresponding official proof of this must be provided. The official requirement of a negative test or/and a possible quarantine for the journey to our holiday apartment, as well as on the return of a negative test or/and a possible quarantine in the guest's home country or home region do not constitute a free cancellation option. In the event If the guest falls ill during the booked travel period, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

If the holiday apartment cannot be occupied due to unforeseeable environmental influences such as fire or water, the tenant will receive 100% of the money already paid back. In this special case, the landlord is not obliged to provide a replacement apartment.

Complaints must be reported immediately so that improvements can be made.

Bookings are always subject to availability.

Check-in 4-10 p.m. In some cases, check-in is possible earlier, please contact us the day before. Please be sure to inform us of your expected arrival time. Check-out by 10 a.m. at the latest.

Pets are not allowed.

We would like to point out that smoking is not allowed in the house - but you are welcome to smoke on the balcony.

The apartment key must not be passed on to outsiders and must be returned upon departure. If you lose the apartment key, we charge € 150.

1 free parking space directly in front of the house.

If you bring your own bicycles, you can leave them free of charge under the carport.

The guest is liable for all damage caused by him. The landlord assumes no liability for items, money and vehicles brought along.

On request, we are happy to provide a travel cot and high chair in the holiday apartment.
